Lilleshall House offers a variety of adaptable meeting spaces, each with their own history and character. We also offer a range of dining options from fine dining through to buffet lunches and breakfast meetings.

Our Meeting Rooms
Chapters
The Duke of Sutherland’s former library, Chapters, features oak-panelled walls and a feature fireplace, with extensive views of the Italian and Dial Gardens, as well as access to the garden terrace. Located on the ground floor of the Heritage core, Chapters makes the perfect setting for a small meeting or private dining.
The room can be booked in conjunction with the Duke of Sutherland and Bookends to create a suite of rooms enabling breakout areas.

Duke of Sutherland
Located within the Main House, the Duke of Sutherland Room has extensive original features including fireplaces, wood panelling and decorative ceilings. The room offers views of the bowls lawn and, access is available to the terrace to enjoy refreshment breaks.
The Duke of Sutherland is perfect for smaller meetings and private dining.
The room can be booked in conjunction with Chapters and Bookends to create a suite of rooms enabling breakout areas. Room Size: 62.3 m2

Syndicate Rooms
Located on the first floor of the house, these five rooms are perfect for smaller meetings, 1-2-1s or private dining for up to ten people.
Each room is equipped with a smart TV, complimentary WiFi, Click Share Wireless Presentation System and air conditioning. The rooms can also provide break out space from the Duke of Sutherland and Chapters.

Whether you have a larger number of people or simply need a bigger space, we also have further conferencing facilities located in our fantastic Sports Centre.
Team Building
Set in 200 acre of historic parkland, our grounds are perfect for team building activities. We work with a number of specialists to ensure the perfect activity for your team, from challenges and teamwork activities to interactive communication sessions.
Activities can be arranged either as a fun session at the end of the working day or can be specially designed to help improve morale and communication amongst team members.
