Christmas Trail
Join us for a festive adventure through our gardens, following a Christmas trail packed with fun, trivia and surprises. Complete the trail to earn a festive treat, then warm up in Queens Hall Café with breakfast, lunch or a snack. Children can also enjoy festive crafts and colouring.

Santa's Grotto - NEW for 2026!
Make Christmas wishes come true with a magical visit to Santa.
Step into the magic of Christmas with a visit to Santa's enchanting grotto. Children can meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes and receive a special gift to take home.

We believe every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas in a way that feels comfortable, enjoyable and inclusive.
Our SEN-Friendly Santa's Grotto sessions have been thoughtfully designed for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their families, providing a calm, relaxed and sensory-considerate environment.
What to expect:
Pre-booked sessions with minimal waiting times, helping to reduce anxiety and create a more relaxed experience.
A private 10-minute visit with Santa and his elf, allowing plenty of time for children to settle in, interact at their own pace and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
A calm sensory environment, with soft lighting and gentle festive music to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Our aim is to create a festive experience where children and their families can enjoy the magic of Christmas in a way that works best for them.
